Privacy Policy

RFE Labs (Roy Family Empire LLC) ("we", "us", "our") operates the myRFE application. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information within the application.

Minimum Data Model

myRFE is built on a Minimum Data Model (MDM) philosophy. We store only the absolute minimum data required to operate the application -- nothing more. We do not collect, track, or harvest any data beyond what is strictly necessary for the features you use.

Personal Information

myRFE does not collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). The only exception is an optional email address that you may choose to provide on your profile. You are never required to enter an email to use the application, and the app is fully functional without one.

We do not collect names, phone numbers, physical addresses, financial account numbers, government identifiers, or any other PII.

No Data Sharing

Your data is never collected, stored, or shared with any third parties. There are:

  • No external cloud storage services
  • No external databases
  • No analytics or tracking services
  • No advertising networks
  • No third-party integrations that receive your data

All information within the application is stored exclusively on the infrastructure where myRFE is deployed and is sent nowhere else.

Data Storage

All application data resides on the host machine where myRFE is deployed. There is no external cloud storage, no remote database, and no replication to any third-party system. Logs are stored locally on the same infrastructure. No data ever leaves the server where the application is running.

Data Deletion

You have full control over your data at all times:

  • Delete your data: You can delete any data you have entered within the application at any time using the app interface.
  • Delete your account: You can delete your account through the app, which removes all associated data.
  • Permanent deletion: Once data or an account is deleted, it is permanently and irrecoverably removed. There are no backups, recycle bins, or recovery mechanisms. Deletion is final.

Security

All passwords are securely hashed and never stored in plain text. Authentication is token-based. All database queries use parameterized statements to prevent injection attacks. Sensitive data is redacted from logs. Access control is enforced via role-based permissions.
