These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the myRFE application ("Application") operated by RFE Labs (Roy Family Empire LLC) ("RFE Labs", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Application.

1. Proprietary Software

The Application and all associated source code, documentation, and materials are the exclusive property of RFE Labs (Roy Family Empire LLC) and are protected under a Proprietary License. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying, transferring, reproduction, reverse engineering, decompilation, or redistribution of any part of the Application is strictly prohibited. The receipt or possession of access to the Application does not convey or imply any right to use it for any purpose other than the purpose for which access was granted.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. RFE LABS MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

3. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RFE LABS, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

  • Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Application;
  • Any conduct or content of any user of the Application;
  • Any data, information, or content entered into, processed by, or obtained from the Application;
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data or transmissions;
  • Any trading, financial, or investment decisions made based on information displayed in or derived from the Application;
  • Any errors, bugs, viruses, or other harmful components in the Application;
  • Any other matter relating to the Application,

WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT RFE LABS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

4. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Application is entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from your use of the Application, including but not limited to trading decisions, financial losses, data management, and any reliance on information provided within the Application. The Application does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or professional guidance of any kind.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RFE Labs, its owners, officers, members, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

6. Account Management

RFE Labs reserves the absolute and unilateral right to create, modify, suspend, restrict, or permanently delete any user account at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. This includes but is not limited to accounts that violate these Terms, accounts that are inactive, or accounts removed at the sole discretion of RFE Labs. You acknowledge that RFE Labs is under no obligation to maintain your account or any data associated with it.

7. Data & Deletion

All data within the Application is stored locally on the infrastructure where the Application is deployed. You may delete your data or your account at any time using the Application interface. Once deleted, data is permanently and irrecoverably removed. RFE Labs assumes no responsibility for data loss resulting from user-initiated deletion, system failure, or any other cause.

8. No Professional Advice

Nothing in the Application constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. Any trading tools, calculators, guides, or informational content are provided for personal use and convenience only. You should consult qualified professionals before making any financial or legal decisions.

9. Modification of Terms

RFE Labs reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use of the Application following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RFE Labs with respect to the Application and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

By using myRFE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
